Beeping in the stream

Figured the mic issue out after the stream. Ang hirap pala kapag hindi regular nagsi-stream, laging start from scratch! Turns out I’ve been using the webcam mic all along, and the beep is perhaps my mic’s attempt to announce its presence in the world. I hear you, mic, some of us try to be useful despite the odds.

I used a blind timer, not really sure if it made a difference to me, kasi napapatingin pa rin ako sa analog IKEA clock above my desk. But more to gauge kung umaandar ba talaga ang oras, or so I tell myself. Also may time din sa desktop, so may sort of basis pa rin ako. Meh, maybe not overthink it. I like the hexagon, I’ll keep using it.

I’m really struggling with the short story I’m revising, kasi ang ambitious masyado ng gusto kong gawin. Alam mo ‘yung feeling na ang tayog ng taste mo pero yung skill level mo ang layo pa? May gusto akong marating sa short na ito, e, parang wala pa siya sa final form kahit mga pitong beses ko na ni-submit. E wala naman akong nakukuhang personal feedback.
